Bremerton's 'Weaving Notes' sculpture, a bronze and steel masterpiece by Michael Stutz, has been nominated for an international CODAaward, celebrating its innovative design and cultural significance. The CODAawards, known for honoring outstanding public art, showcases 'Weaving Notes' alongside other Washington artworks, including 'Aperture' in Spokane and 'We Belong' in Vancouver. Stutz's sculpture, commissioned by the Bremerton Arts Commission, pays homage to Quincy Jones, a renowned musician who spent his formative years in Bremerton.
